Orange & Sage Salad with Goat Cheese Recipe
4 oz. Chavrie Fresh Goat Cheese Log
6 Fresh sage leaves
1 oz. Olive Oil
1 oz. Balsamic Vinegar
Slice the Chavrie fresh goat cheese log into 8-10 slices.
Arrange the goat cheese slices in a single line on a rectangle platter.
Zest one orange and reserve the zest for garnishing.
Remove the peel of each orange and section into segments.
Drizzle some olive oil and vinegar on the cheese.
Top with the orange segments.
Garnish with orange zest.
Serve at room temperature with sliced baguettes or your favorite crackers.
