Easy Chicken Pasta Salad Recipe
200 g pasta
200 g chicken breasts
3 green onions
2-3 lettuce leaves
5-6 basil leaves
3-4 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1. Cut the chicken into strips and fry in two tablespoons of olive oil until it turns golden, then place on an absorbent paper to drain.
2. Boil the pasta in salted water and a tablespoon of oil, according to the directions on the package, then drain and pass under cold water.
3. Clean the onion, chop it finely and mix with the pasta and chicken strips.
4. Add the lettuce, torn basil leaves, a little oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste, mix well and serve.
