Tuna Salad with Cherry Tomatoes Recipe
3 cans of tuna in oil
400 g cherry tomatoes, cut in half
150 g bocconcini cheese (a type of mozzarella)
For the dressing:
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup vinegar
a generous pinch of dried oregano
a generous pinch of brown sugar
sea salt and black pepper
ciabatta or focaccia bread
1. Combine the dressing ingredients and mix them well.
