Potato Salad with Vegetables Recipe

Ingredients:

500g waxy potatoes
1 tsp cumin seeds
150 g red pepper
200 g cucumber
5 tablespoons white wine vinegar
5 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
salt
freshly ground pepper

Preparation Instructions:

Wash the potatoes and cook in salted water with the cumin seeds for about 30-35 minutes (until al dente). Wash the peppers, cut in half, remove the seeds and the white skins and cut into strips. Peel the cucumber, cut in half lengthwise, remove the seeds with a spoon and grate the flesh into thin strips. After the potatoes are cooked, peel them, cut them into slices and pour the vinegar over them. Season with salt and let soak for half an hour. Then add the cucumbers and peppers, season with vinegar and pour into a bowl. Drizzle with the mayonnaise, pepper and sprinkle with ground sesame seeds.
