Warm Green Bean Salad Recipe
600 g green beans
3-4 cloves garlic
5 tablespoons tomato juice
250 ml hot water
2 tablespoons oil
1. Clean and cut the onion and garlic, saute in oil in the same pot.
2. When they have become glassy, add salt and pepper to taste, mix well, then add the hot water.
3. Cover and let simmer for about 15-20 minutes, then add the chopped chili peppers and green beans.
4. After about 15 minutes add the tomato juice, leave on the fire for a few more minutes, then turn off the heat.
